Located in the coastal district of Les Almadies in Dakar, Brise is a multi-residential apartment building distinguished by its layered, tapestry-like brise soleil façade. This dynamic envelope integrates locally manufactured breeze blocks – reminiscent of those used in Dakar’s late modernist architecture – with planters and light shelves.

Located along a river feeding into Lake Taihu in Wuxi, China, this development forms part of a broader film and arts precinct. Comprising luxury residences and a clubhouse atop a super-basement, the project takes inspiration from cinematic storytelling—its architecture unfolding like the narrative arcs of a film.
