ONE
Situated along Dakar’s West Corniche, this apartment building balances efficiency and sculptural form. Rammed earth and adobe brick walls echo local construction traditions, while deep overhangs and shaded terraces respond to the semi-arid climate. Â
Public spaces activate the street, while rooftop gardens and communal fitness areas foster engagement with the ocean and surrounding landscape. Â

Kingsway Tower
A striking office building in a busy commercial area comprising basement parking, ground floor retail & restaurants and offices. The façade is covered by a screen to add both aesthetic value and shading, limiting the amount of direct sunlight.
