Strata is a luxury residential tower designed for Palm Jumeirah, inspired by geological layering. Rising as a dynamic urban sculpture, the twisting vertical planes form a striking gateway to the island. 

A key feature is the splash pools on each apartment’s balcony, providing a “villa in the sky” experience with breathtaking Dubai skyline views. The design integrates lush ground-level gardens, green terraces on each floor, and a sky garden with sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab, seamlessly blending luxury with nature.
