V&A Ocean Vision

V&A Ocean Vision is an urban intervention on our Cape Town doorstep, adjacent to one of the continent’s most prominent tourist attractions; the V&A Waterfront. Activated through the implementation of a world-class marina, ocean-liner terminal and supporting facilities; the Granger Bay precinct would facilitate and sustain 220 000m² of retail, hotel, residential and office accommodation.
