Bay House

Set on a bluff in North Haven in the Hamptons, Bay House commands a 270-degree panorama over Noyack Bay. The site’s natural elevation, framed by mature vegetation and well-established trees, offers both visual drama and seclusion. Snow-covered in winter and lush in summer, the site called for a home attuned to its shifting climate and natural surroundings – one that could also take advantage of a rare east coast condition: a west-facing sunset view across water.
