Positioned on Palm Jumeirah and overlooking the Dubai skyline, Kural Vista explores a refined approach to contemporary waterfront living. Conceived for developer Alpago Properties, the residence responds to its prominent site through a restrained architectural expression that prioritises outlook, openness, and a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape.

The design is organised around the relationship between interior and exterior space, allowing views, light, and climate to play an active role in the experience of the home. While understated in its overall form, the architecture embraces its setting through carefully considered spatial planning and a strong connection to the waterfront, creating a residence defined by clarity, restraint, and a sense of place.
