Our Caribbean projects reflect a deep understanding of island living, climate, and landscape. Designing for open-air comfort, natural light, and effortless indoor-outdoor connections, we thoughtfully balance modern aesthetics with practical functionality—creating tailored spaces that harmonize beautifully with their unique surroundings.
King’s College School
King’s College School in Nassau reimagines educational architecture in the Caribbean. Replacing conventional perimeter layouts, the campus introduces a unified base structure from which classroom blocks rise at staggered heights—an architectural metaphor for the Bahamian archipelago.Â
A private estate that explores proportion, layered forms, and a grounded relationship to its landscape within a tropical setting. Situated on the island of Nassau, the home presents a peaceful retreat on the canal water’s edge, a contemplative environment that balances formal rigour with a relaxed, climate-conscious approach to living. Set among lush gardens, with alargeinfinity pool and offering direct access to a boat dock, the residence is closely attuned to both its natural and nautical surroundings.Â
