SAOTA and Timing Plus Group Join Forces

Bangkok, Thailand — November 24, 2025 — Thailand’s renowned developer Timing Plus Group (TPG) announced today that it has signed a formal collaboration agreement with the world-leading architectural firm SAOTA to jointly launch a new high-end luxury residential development in Bangkok. The project aims to create one of the most iconic luxury residences in the city centre, with SAOTA, headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa, responsible for the overall architectural design.

The signing ceremony took place at the TPG headquarters in Bangkok. Chairman Mr. Chen and General Manager Ms. Ma signed the collaboration agreement on behalf of the developer. SAOTA Principal Roxanne Kaye and SAOTA’s Business Head for East Asia and Greater China, Lu Ke, were invited to attend and witness this significant moment. Following the signing, the parties took a group photo, marking the formal establishment of a strategic partnership between two industry leaders.
