Located in former agricultural lands outside the Saudi capital of Riyadh, the project includes a private residential estate for a family. Situated in the base of a winding wadi, the site accommodates a number of individual villas. An entrance structure, utility buildings and Male and Female Dewaniya, all tied together by climate-appropriate landscaping, roads, bike paths and water features that accentuated the beauty of this arid landscape.
