UCT Students visit SAOTA

In February 2020, a group of third-year architecture students from the University of Cape Town (UCT) visited the SAOTA Studio.
The key purpose of the visit was to expose the students to the day to day tasks and responsibilities of an architect and to share insights on how the business works.
SAOTA’s Senior Associate, Roxanne Kaye, did a short presentation on the current projects we are working on, the regions we are active in, the software and programs we use and the day to day life in the Studio. Associate, Joe Schutzer-Weissmann took the students on a tour of the Studio, showcasing the different departments and their functions.
The visit will greatly assist the students to start thinking about what route they want to take after they graduate at the end of this year.
