Dream River
Kinshasa, Congo
Located adjacent the Congo River with magnificent views across the basin to Brazzaville, this four-storey development is comprised of six high-end apartments, roof terraces, a gym and a large pool. The design employs a response to the tropical climate as features, including large overhanging balconies and angled decorative façade screens that create dynamic shadows and unique interior perspectives.
