In 2018, SAOTA, together with Architects in Association Tanner Kibble Denton (TKD), was awarded at the Trends International Design Awards (TIDA), in the category Australia Architect New Home. Following this, Double Bay has been awarded the TIDA International Home of the Year award.

The Trends International Design Awards – TIDA – searches for the best kitchens, bathrooms and homes across a number of the countries where Trends has a presence.

Double Bay is a youthful yet sophisticated family home set in a north-facing cove in Sydney’s vast natural harbour. SAOTA worked closely with TKD, based in Australia to complete the home and ensure SAOTA’s detailed design was delivered and a dream home realised.

Additional design consultants included lighting design by Point of View, landscaping by Wyer & Co. and main contractor Horizon.
